AVC brand identity

The joy of working with a small business owner with a clear vision is getting to really explore creative possibilities that feel collaborative and fresh. Amy V Cooper was looking to transition her business from photography consultant to creative business and life coach… and she asked me to help develop a brand identity to help support those goals.

Her mission: help creative womxn feel seen and heard, heal from the inside out, and break free of conscious and subconscious limiting beliefs that have kept them blocked and playing small.

This transition branding aspires to be professional, sophisticated, mature, energetic, creative and inspiring. A balance of feminine and masculine energy, an introduction to more energetic practices.

Rethinking symbols & archetypes

In order to manifest a truly thoughtful and integrated identity, Amy and I started our collaborative process with an exploration of archetypes and symbols that would best convey the magic she seeks to share with her clients.

“Working with Erica on my company brand identity was a dream. She is an excellent communicator, very organized and provided so many gorgeous design options, it was hard to settle on just one identity. But the best part of working with Erica was their genuine excitement for my business.

I truly felt her investment in creating authentic and successful branding for me. I’ve never felt that level of support working with any other designer.

I get so many compliments on my branding and would commission to work with Erica again in a heartbeat. I’m looking forward to the next round..”
